At Big Blue Cage, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern upgrades to deliver championship belts that surpass those available from other suppliers and stores. 

 

Etching & Engraving – Every belt begins with precision work on 4mm thick zinc plates. Customers can choose between:

• Standard Etching – deep, traditional zinc etch.
• HD Etching – sharper lines, cleaner detail, higher definition.
• CNC Engraving – machine-cut to perfection with the deepest and most accurate reliefs.

 

Plating – Plates are coated in 24kt gold or nickel, giving them the authentic championship shine.

Painting – We hand-paint each detail using our epoxy acrylic paint, chosen for its vibrant finish and resistance to scratches.

Strapping – Plates are mounted on genuine leather straps, hand-tooled for flexibility and authenticity.

Finishing Touches – From custom nameplates to polished snaps, every belt is checked, tested, and finished to championship standards.
